HR Executive (Payroll) - MNC Exposure (Contract role ID : )
Payroll for Malaysia – responsible for payroll administration and statutory payments, reports generation and submission and annual EA form reporting. Payroll for overseas – manage Payroll outsourcing providers and checking of payroll. Liaising with Finance Department to ensure fund transfer on time for payroll purpose. HRIS system – staff data entry, registration and maintenance of data. Leave – staff leave administration. Monthly report preparation and submission including Headcount report, Cost center report and Turnover report, etc. Employee movement administration – issuing of letters and notices. Audits – support in relevant audits : ISO, Halal, internal, FSSC, external audit, internal audit, and tax audit. Support in any HR projects as instructed by line manager. Participate in Sports & Recreation Club, Volunteer Team or Safety Committee, as appropriate. Other ad hoc projects. Application Questions
