Job description
- Develop, maintain, and update the project master schedule using MS Project, Primavera, or other approved software.
- Monitor and track project progress against baseline schedules, highlighting delays, variances, and potential risks.
- Identify critical paths and propose appropriate recovery or mitigation measures.
- Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to management and clients.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of works.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation, covering manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and support continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes.
