Assistant Manager - Regional HR Operations
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven HR professional to join our team! This individual contributor role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across multiple countries and collaborate closely with senior leaders. You will report directly to the Senior Regional HR Manager and play a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional and country HR teams to roll out impactful initiatives aligned with business strategies, including programs like the 360° Feedback Survey and Employee Engagement Survey.
- Support the Regional HR Manager in designing and implementing HR priorities across 12 countries.
- Lead multi-country coordination efforts on HR policies, practices, and execution plans.
- Act as a key liaison between International Operations and Corporate Headquarters for all HR projects.
- Manage the regional HR calendar and support leadership in delivering projects related to HR Transformation and Change Management.
- Facilitate talent review exercises for senior leadership and high‑potential employees.
- Support enhancements to the online performance management system and other digital HR tools, ensuring smooth execution across markets.
- Plan and organize the annual HR Conference, engaging HR Managers from all countries in the region.
- Gather feedback from local teams and represent their voices to the regional leadership.
- Provide HR data analytics and management reporting support.
- Handle other HR responsibilities as assigned.
Key Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Academia : Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional capacity.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting with flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.Proven ability to multi‑task, manage priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team‑oriented approach.Strong business acumen and analytical mindset – able to connect the dots and see the bigger picture.A positive learning attitude, self‑driven, and hands‑on – ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel tools.Experience working in a SuccessFactors environment is an added advantage.Perks and Benefits
