Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager to oversee the operations of our data center. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facility management, particularly within data center environments, and a strong background in bid management. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the data center, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement and manage maintenance programs for all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and security systems.
• Lead the bid management process for facility services, including preparation, submission, and evaluation of bids.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop competitive bidding strategies that align with business objectives.
• Develop and manage the facility budget, ensuring effective cost control measures are in place.
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain safety standards within the facility.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers.
• Lead a team of facility staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.
