Job descriptionManage end-to-end payroll processing for Australia, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies. Maintain employee payroll records and address payroll-related queries promptly. Generate and analyze payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders. Proactively identify and implement process improvements within payroll operations. Previous experience in payroll processing, ideally for Australia. Familiarity with tax regulations and labor laws in the professional services industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
