Job descriptionProvide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, PDAs, network devices and printers. Troubleshoot and resolve end-user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation. Other duties include performing first-level troubleshooting and support for network devices, system monitoring and reports. Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools. Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors. Willing to stand by for ad-hoc IT issues. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Possesses own transportation. Have basic knowledge in IT (web, mobile, software, hardware, network), preferably 1-2 years of experience in IT Operations / Helpdesk, Service Desk, System Administrator or related positions. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Willing to stand by for ad-hoc IT issues. Basic Salary : RM 3, RM 3,500.00 Are you able to start immediately? How long is your notice period? Contract Duration : 12 Months (Renewable)
Work Location : Unit WA-L2-A1, Bukit Raja Industrial Complex, Jalan Keluli 2B / KU2, Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja

Work Hours : Monday to Friday
