Job descriptionGood analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision Candidate have SQL / LINUX knowledge will have added advantage Candidate must be willing to work on SHIFT BASIS (including of night shift and midnight shift) Attractive Shift Allowance will be provided Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology.
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform daily operational support
- Support the Client through Telegram / Team, communicate in Mandarin & English
- Carrying out IT work practice, policy, procedures and routine in achieving IT functions and objectives
- Assist and involve in application implementation
- Maintain IT system (Software) to ensure smooth daily operation and provide technical support
- Work as part of the team to meet project targets and quality objectives
- Ensure documentation, procedures and guidelines are up to date
- To work within tight schedule and meeting deadlines
- Assist in any ad-hoc task as and when is assigned by immediate superior
