IT Techinician

Duties : -

• Install software and hardware systems, including new equipment, anti-virus programs, and other tools commonly used by the Company.
• Strives to resolve malware and virus issues within personal workstations and the Company's network.
• Repair and maintain servers, personal computers, and other technology equipment.
• Contribute to the overall operations of the Company by writing and distributing memos about best practices for computer use.
• Configure computer networks.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Monitoring and proactively maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Carry out minor repairs and replacing parts as required.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software issues.
• Maintaining documentation.
• Other administrative tasks as may be assigned by management from time to time.
