Lead the collection of successful practices and benchmark cases across regions.

Build a resource knowledge base and share best practices to enhance the sales capability of overseas teams.

Collaborate with product and R&D teams by providing international market feedback.

Contribute to product optimization and innovation, creating a closed-loop system to strengthen long-term solution competitiveness.

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor’s degree or above; Engineering background preferred.
• Experience : Minimum 5 years of working experience in industrial automation or related industries.
• Industry Network : Strong client resources in HVAC, consumer electronics, heavy industry, PIMM, or other related sectors.
• Technical Knowledge : Understanding of industrial automation systems, including servos, inverters, PLCs, and their application scenarios.
• Preferred Background : Sales experience with well-known industrial automation companies.
• Skills & Attributes : Strong business development capability and industry insight.
• Skills & Attributes : High level of self‑drive and ability to work independently.
• Skills & Attributes : Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Language : Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay.
