Minimum 4 years of executive assistant experience
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Professional demeanor and high attention to detail
