Assistant Manager - Human Resources Business Partner
Serve as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, offering insight on workforce planning, organization structure, and team health
Partner with department heads to deliver HR solutions that drive performance and engagement
Translate business needs into actionable HR strategies, not just theoretical frameworks
Provide coaching to line managers on people matters
Stay hands-on with HR operations when needed
Job Requirements
Proven experience in Human Resources Management with background in manufacturing industries would be advantageous
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation and industrial relations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
