Overview

Assist in executing marketing strategies across online and offline channels. Assist with preparations for live streaming events. Respond to customer inquiries (regarding products, prices, logistics, after-sales service, etc.). Assist in Content and Social Media. Support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns. Requirements

Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, with basic English communication skills Basic computer skills Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred Patient and detail-oriented (suitable for customer service) Interest in e-commerce, live streaming, and health products is a plus Job Benefits
