System Analyst

ROLE OVERVIEW

CTOS is seeking a System Analyst to join the Development Team. This person will be a passionate, hard-working professional with proven analytical, problem solving, strong critical thinking, and technical skills, with ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The purpose of the position is to fill up the gap between analyst work and development work by gathering and receiving technical information from internal and external team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, document, and optimize systems across modern and legacy platforms.
• Work with microservices and cloud applications, preferably AWS.
• Clearly articulate processes to technical and non-technical teams.
• Collaborate effectively across multicultural, cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
