SALES & PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Overview

CORETECH GMC SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced Sales & Purchasing Executive to join our team on a contract basis. This position is based in our office in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. As the Sales & Purchasing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing purchasing activities to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Present company profile, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities, prepare quotations and contracts, negotiate pricing, and work toward increasing monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to management.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, and terms, and resolve any delivery or product issues.
• Monitor stock levels, plan transport schedules, and manage full import / export documentation to avoid delays and shortages.
• Ensure all procurement and sales activities follow company policies, e-Invoicing standards, and sales and service tax (SST) regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and purchasing transactions and update ERP or Excel systems for real-time tracking.
• Work closely with internal departments such as finance, operations, marketing, and production to support end-to-end business processes.
• Responsible for business development and intelligence activities to support strategic sales growth and optimize purchasing decisions.
• Perform additional sales and purchasing-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
