About the Role
As the Digital Media & Content Executive, you’ll be the digital voice of our platform. Your main responsibilities include managing social media, creating engaging content, and building a strong online community of dental professionals. You’ll work closely with dentists, educators, and tech teams to grow our brand and support user engagement. This is more than a typical marketing role — it’s a chance to help shape the future of dental education and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management : Manage company accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and dental forums; plan and schedule content on dental trends, CE courses, and mentorship updates; engage with dentists via comments, messages, and Q&A sessions
- Content Creation & Curation : Write articles, newsletters, and educational content; support video production for webinars, tutorials, and interviews; share user success stories and mentorship highlights; repurpose long-form content into short, engaging formats
- Community Engagement : Start and moderate professional discussions (e.g. “Ask the Mentor”); manage in-app forums to support healthy and helpful conversations; answer user queries related to app features and content; keep the learning hub updated with new videos, articles, and CE-accredited content; work with dental mentors and educators to develop educational materials; promote new content and features through in-app notifications and banners
- Campaigns & Partnerships : Collaborate with dental influencers and associations on co-branded content; support marketing campaigns (e.g. “Mentorship Month”, CE promotions); gather feedback from users to improve app experience
- Data Tracking & Insights : Monitor app and content performance (e.g., course completions, sign-ups, video views, forum activity); track social media engagement metrics (reach, clicks, shares, comments) to understand what resonates with the community; analyze user behavior (time spent, repeat visits, drop-offs) to identify gaps and opportunities; recommend data-driven campaign ideas; work closely across all teams to align insights with platform improvements and user experience design; regularly present findings and ideas to management to guide overall content and digital strategy
- Innovation & Ideas : Suggest ways to boost engagement (e.g. gamification, badges); explore personalized content ideas tailored to user interests
Requirements
Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media managementStrong writing and communication skills in EnglishAble to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesBasic skills in video editing or design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe) are a plusExperience in healthcare, education, or B2B platforms is an advantageWho You Are
You are creative, organized, and digitally savvy. You enjoy building online communities and creating valuable content. While you don’t need to be from a dental background, you should be curious and open to learning about the dental profession.
