Job description

We are looking for a new team member to join us as Administrative / HR Assistant to be based in our office at Diamond Square, Off Jalan Gombak, 53000 Kuala Lumpur.

  • Perform full HR functions.
  • Involve in recruitment process such as candidate screening and interview arrangement.
  • Liaise with all employees queries about HR related issues.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Coordinate and direct work activities from the superiors / managers to the employees.
  • Prepare letters, employment contracts, memos, etc.

Support administrative tasks.

Handling license renewals and familiar with Energy Commission (ST) registration is an advantage.

Requirements and qualifications :

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
  • Knowledge on regulating statutory deductions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, Malaysia Employment Act and Statutory guidelines.
  • Hardworking and willing to work long hour.

    Job Type : Permanent

    Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
  • Experience :

  • Administration : 2 years (Preferred)
