What you need to do

Oversee daily store operations across multiple outlets to ensure compliance with company standards and SOP. Manage inventory flow, stock levels, and product availability to meet sales demand. Monitor store performance and operational KPI (sales per store, cost efficiency, manpower utilisation). Coordinate with sales, marketing, and design teams to support campaigns, launches, and promotions at retail level. Lead, train, and support outlet managers and staff to deliver excellent customer service. Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and legal regulations.

What we need from you

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail / operations management. Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing multi-store operations is a strong advantage. Experience in apparel or retail industry is a strong advantage. Requires travelling to outlets in various locations.
