Job Description

The role of a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition here at foodpanda - Central Ops is someone who can look into the whole spectrum of Recruitment (recruiting, hiring, onboarding & internal mobility). To be successful in this role, you should be someone who loves challenges and who loves to get noticed for closing a tough role with very tough requirements.

What you will do :

• Design recruitment strategies and work with hiring managers to attract diverse candidates with the right skills and capabilities for current vacant positions

Where necessary manage fast past recruitments that may or may not be within the standard guidelines / policies
