Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated HR Support Specialist to join our team based in Penang, Malaysia. As the first point of contact for employees, you will provide high-quality support, guiding them through company policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities & Impact :

• Act as a primary resource for employees, offering support via phone, email, or chat.
• Address and resolve inquiries related to payroll, time off, leave, and benefits with accuracy and discretion.
• Manage employee support cases efficiently using case management tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while assisting employees.
