The IT Support cum Network Administrator will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewalls to ensure high security and performance.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal staff and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.
- Respond to service requests via email, phone or in-person and resolve issues efficiently.
- Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and operating systems.
- Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory and track equipment usage.
- Conduct IT training sessions for employees on security policies, software use and compliance requirements.
- Provide remote support for off-site or traveling employees.
- Oversee Office 365 administration including email security, access controls and manage user accounts, permissions and group policies.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures aligned with PCI DSS, ISO9001 and PDPA.
- Conduct periodic IT security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer audit requirements.
- Work closely with HR and Security departments to enforce the Clean Desk Policy and protect data confidentiality.
- Provide technical documentation and reports for audit related to IT security, system access and network controls.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5-7 years in IT support or network administration roles.Proficiency in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.Experience with firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection / prevention systems and endpoint security solutions.Hands‑on experience with network hardware like Cisco, Watchguard.Familiarity with ISO 9001, PCI DSS and data protection regulations (PDPA) to prepare technical documentation for audit purposes and IT security policies.May require occasional work outside regular office hours to address critical issues.Must be on‑call for emergency support and system failures.Commitment to maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.Key Skills
