Overview
We are looking for a Senior Officer, Organizational Development (OD) who is dynamic and forward-thinking to drive strategic change management , organizational effectiveness , and capacity-building initiatives .
This role goes beyond routine administration – it focuses on project coordination , workplace culture transformation , and long-term organizational strategies . You will play a key role in ensuring that MRC remains agile , future-ready , and impactful in delivering humanitarian services .
Responsibilities
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives to enhance effectiveness, adaptability, and resilience.
- Drive change management projects , ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and structures.
- Support the development of strategic frameworks, policies, and systems that strengthen organizational capacity.
- Lead and facilitate capacity-building programs, leadership workshops, and internal learning sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate organizational performance and recommend improvements for long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategies, operations, and organizational culture.
- Coordinate and track key strategic projects and transformation initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Public Administration, Political Science, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or strategic roles within large organizations, GLCs, government agencies, or NGOs.Experience in designing and implementing capacity-building programs, transformation projects, or strategic initiatives will be an added advantage.Key Skills & Core Competencies
Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills .Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure.Innovative mindset with proven problem-solving abilities .High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality .Strong networking skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Language Proficiency
