The

Growth Marketing Specialist (AI Innovation)

is a key driver in embedding AI capabilities across GTM functions to accelerate automation, enable hyper-personalisation, and enhance operational efficiency. Embedded within the Growth Marketing team, this role focuses on introducing

agentic and

generative AI-powered tools

that seamlessly connect marketing, product, sales and data—transforming day-to-day GTM operations to future-proof the consumer business.

This position is ideal for a technically adept, curious and self-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about solving meaningful business challenges through innovation and automation. By implementing scalable, intelligent systems, you will reduce manual effort, unlock productivity gains and reshape how the CGTM department delivers value.

Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Opportunity Mapping

• Identify GTM processes, workflows, and consumer journeys that can be reimagined with agentic AI solutions (e.g., campaign targeting, churn prediction, pricing, bundling, digital journeys).
• Work with GTM leads to align AI initiatives with core commercial goals such as acquisition, upsell and retention.
• Prioritise AI use cases with measurable ROI and customer experience uplift.
