What You Will Do

Trimble AECO provides innovative solutions for the entire construction lifecycle, enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and productivity through advanced technology and software. It integrates design, engineering, fabrication, construction, and operational workflows for improved project outcomes.

• Sell our industry-leading Tekla Structures offerings as well as Civil and Construction Project management solutions in your Malaysia and Singapore territory.
• Achieve direct sales quotas and key performance indicators as set by the Sales management team.
• Hunt, pursue and maximise new logo sales leads & opportunities through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing leads
• Manage allocated accounts, identify new selling opportunities, renew annual support contracts, and build long-term relationships.
• Ensure timely update of pipeline information & status in CRM, and provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Partner with marketing to design and execute demand and lead-generation initiatives to build a healthy sales funnel
• Work closely with the technical pre-sales team to agree and execute individual plans to land new customers.
• Participate actively in developing and executing annual business plans and strategic initiatives to grow business.
