Position : Country Manager – Orthopaedic Division (Hip & Knee Implants)

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are seeking a seasoned Country Manager to lead and expand our orthopaedic business operations, with a focus on hip and knee reconstruction solutions. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on field engagement, driving commercial success, market penetration, and operational excellence across the assigned country.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute country-level sales and business strategies aligned with regional objectives
• Lead revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability targets
• Oversee distributor and channel partner networks, ensuring optimal coverage and performance
• Build high-level relationships with hospital leadership, procurement teams, and key clinical stakeholders
• Guide pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory alignment in collaboration with regional leadership
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tender developments to inform strategy
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, ethical standards, and country-specific regulations
