Support Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure (VMs, storage, App Services, Networking, DNS).
• Maintain cloud services such as MailGun , and Google Firebase .
• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues in the office.
• Troubleshoot and support : Office hardware (laptops, printers, network devices); Internet and local networking; Internal systems, websites, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, etc.); DNS and domain-related issues; System issues reported by users.
• Manage and respond to support tickets via Freshdesk .
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant tech teams and follow up to resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation and inventory of devices.
• Maintain and support relational databases ( MSSQL , MySQL ) including performance tuning and disaster recovery.
• Oversee backups , recovery plans, and infrastructure security policies.
