Our brands provide exceptional gifting experiences through fresh flowers, delicious cakes, and curated gifts delivered with care. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a CRM Executive to support our CRM team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution : Assist in the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns for EDM.
• Content & Visual Support : Support the creation and deployment of compelling CRM content, including collaboration with design teams for visual assets for EDM.
• Data Management & Segmentation : Aid in managing customer data, performing basic segmentation for targeted campaigns, and ensuring data accuracy within the CRM system.
• Performance Monitoring : Help monitor key CRM metrics such as email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and campaign performance and to make necessary changes quickly to optimise revenue.
• A / B Testing Support : Assist in setting up and analyzing A / B tests for subject lines, email copy, content, and product placement to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Automated Flow Assistance : May be required to support the management and optimization of automated customer acquisition and retention flows.
• Ad-hoc Support : Provide general assistance to the CRM team on urgent or ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

Contract & Work Arrangement

Contract Period : October 2025 – March 2026 (with potential for extension, subject to review and business needs)

Work Arrangement : Remote or in-office

Rate : up to RM150 per day (based on an 8-hour workday)
