Job Description

UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB‑wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. We are looking for a Lead System Analyst to spearhead the development and delivery of new services and support our growth ambition.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–15 system analysts, driving standards and practices across technical requirement gathering, impact analysis, effort estimation and technical solution design.
• Drive the Technical / System Requirements Lifecycle – from abstract product vision to detailed system and technical requirements.
• Support Functional BA by translating high‑level product vision into tangible, detailed technical and system requirements for developers, in collaboration with platform architects.
• Support Development and Testing by providing first‑level technical clarifications and conducting defect triage in consultation with stakeholders.
• Document final technical artefacts and ensure complete traceability to original technical requirements and change management.
• Manage and lead the team by example and ensure high quality output.
• Technical Requirement refinement / elaboration :

Refine and elaborate backend stories related to specific systems / platforms based on agreed technical requirements, ensuring consistency, detail and correct acceptance criteria.
