- Working Hours : 9 : 00AM – 6 : 00PM (Monday – Friday)

Job Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing SG customers to promote products and services.Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and effective manner.Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales admin, Quality Assurance team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Job Requirements
Fresh graduates or proven experience in a tele sales or similar sales role.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.High school diploma or equivalent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
