HR Manager (F&B Manufacturing Industry)

A well-established F&B manufacturing company in Kota Kemuning is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources operations. You’ll oversee a team of 6 and report directly to the HR Director, playing a key role in driving HR strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the HR team to ensure smooth daily HR operations.

Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, and employee relations.

Partner with senior management to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Drive talent acquisition and retention initiatives, including succession planning and workforce development.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Oversee employee disciplinary processes, terminations, and investigations when necessary.

Develop and implement HR policies, KPIs, and employee engagement programs.

Manage Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) implementation and training initiatives.

Support organizational development and continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration , or related field.

Minimum 8 years’ HR experience , including at least 3 years in a managerial role .

Strong exposure to manufacturing and F&B environments .

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle complex HR issues with sound judgment and professionalism.

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders).

Willing to travel occasionally to other plants when required.
