Job descriptionCertification or relevant working experience in Service Cloud. Minimum 8 years project experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Strong functional and technical understanding, experience in Apex and LWC (Lightning Web Components) required.
Responsibilities
- Business consulting / analysis to project management activities in Salesforce implementation projects.
- Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology.
- End-to-end business analysis and project management on Salesforce implementation projects.
- Gather, analyze, improve, prioritize business requirements to implement Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Plan, track, and ensure key metrics align with project deadlines.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve outstanding issues for smooth project delivery.
