Are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrive under multiple priorities. Bring a sense of urgency, ownership, and pride to every hire. 3 to 6+ years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, including at least 1 year in a leadership or senior role. Proven track record hiring across multiple functions in a fast‑paced tech or startup environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics. A problem‑solving mindset, emotional intelligence, and passion for people. (Bonus) Experience hiring for tech, AI, or digital product roles. (Bonus) Exposure to regional hiring across ASEAN. We’re looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead, scale, and optimize our recruitment strategy — identifying and attracting high‑performing, mission‑aligned individuals who will shape the future of financial access in Southeast Asia.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering excellence and accountability.
- Be the strategic partner to hiring managers — translating business needs into clear hiring plans and talent roadmaps.
- Oversee end‑to‑end hiring processes across all functions, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency.
- Drive proactive talent sourcing through creative channels — job boards, LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and events.
- Champion data‑driven recruitment by tracking performance metrics and continuously improving processes.
- Conduct senior or critical role interviews and ensure alignment with BJAK’s values and hiring bar.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint — clear communication, transparency, and empathy.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand presence through strategic partnerships and talent marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of hiring trends, market shifts, and competitor benchmarks to guide business decisions.
