Job descriptionMembersihkan dan membasuh periuk, kuali serta peralatan dapur lain mengikut piawaian prestasi. Mengosongkan tong sampah mengikut jadual pembuangan sampah. Mematuhi dengan ketat prosedur pembukaan dan penutupan yang ditetapkan untuk jabatan. Mempunyai pemahaman menyeluruh dan pengetahuan tentang semua prosedur pembersihan, penggunaan mesin basuh pinggan, serta jenis bahan kimia yang digunakan. Memiliki sekurang-kurangnya SPM atau setaraf / mana-mana sijil berkaitan. Berperwatakan baik, rajin, boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik dan mampu mengikut arahan. Waktu bekerja : 6 hari seminggu (syif). Peranan :
Menyediakan sokongan dalam dapur komersial, bertanggungjawab terutamanya dalam mengekalkan kebersihan dan sanitasi. Mereka memastikan persekitaran dapur memenuhi piawaian kebersihan dan keselamatan, sambil menyokong chef serta staf dapur yang lain. Tugas mereka termasuk membasuh pinggan, membersihkan peralatan, dan memastikan susunan dapur sentiasa teratur.
