We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support the company’s growth journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping HR strategies, building a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, while partnering closely with management to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention programs to support future business needs.
- Oversee HR policies, systems, and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Manage performance appraisal processes that enhance productivity and accountability.
- Administer compensation structures and benefits programs to remain competitive.
- Identify training needs and oversee effective learning and development initiatives.
- Provide management with accurate HR metrics and insights for informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and all HR-related regulations.
Qualification & Requirement
Minimum 5 years of experience leading a full-spectrum HR Department , with proven success in strategic HR management.Experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, Malaysian employment laws, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong stakeholder relationships.Seniority level
