Field Service Engineer

Education and Experience

• Qualifications : Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Experience : Minimum of 1‑2 years’ experience in the support, administration, maintenance, and configuration of Wintel desktop and network environments.
• Knowledge : Proficient in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, antivirus software, PC hardware, networking equipment, and printers.
• Personal Skills and Attributes :

Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating with both internal teams and external customers.
• Applicant must be willing to travel and possess own transport.
• 1 Year Contract Position
