This role is critical in overseeing the planning, development, and execution of all marketing and communications initiatives—online, offline, and on‑ground. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure all campaigns align with our business goals, delivering measurable impact across awareness, engagement, and new patient leads.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to support new patient acquisition and brand growth.
Oversee creation and implementation of marketing materials, digital campaigns, promotional activities, and events such as roadshows, health talks, and corporate outreach programs .
Collaborate with Operations and clinic teams to ensure alignment with business KPIs and brand objectives.
Drive patient education, engagement, and retention through consistent messaging and value‑driven communication.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives to deliver high‑quality campaigns and projects on time and within budget.
Analyze performance metrics such as cost per lead and cost per conversion ; provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and patient behaviour to inform strategy and execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Solid marketing experience — ideally 10+ years in marketing communications, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or retail services sectors.
A strong command of both digital and traditional marketing channels , with proven success in managing end‑to‑end campaigns.
Excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin or a third language proficiency preferred to effectively engage Mandarin‑speaking audiences.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline .
Leadership and project management strength — you’re organized, detail‑oriented, and can lead a team while juggling multiple priorities.
A data‑savvy mindset — you understand how to measure performance, optimize for cost per lead / conversion, and apply insights for continuous improvement.
A highly proactive and resourceful attitude , always willing to get hands‑on to drive results.
Comfort working under pressure and within short timelines — you’re resilient, responsive, and adaptable.
Proficiency with social media platforms , marketing tools, and campaign tracking technologies.
A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and results orientation — you don’t just plan, you deliver.
