Job description (for KL and Penang Office)
1)) Able to work independently and assist the contract department for both pre and post-contract which include tendering exercises and preparing main contractor claims
2) Preferably familiar with material take-offs for projects.
3) Liaise with sub-contractors, client, consultant and project team
4)Follow up, Check and verify claims from sub-contractors.
5) Follow-up with project team on progress of work done at site.
6) Willing to travel locally and outstation
7) Assist in operation matters on contractual issues and any other contracts administration duties related to QS.
8) Perform ad-hoc or any task assigned by Management or Superior.
Job Requirement
1) Degree in QS
2) Fresh Graduate is welcome
3) Able to work independently, and possess good organisational skills
4) Strong communication and negotiation skills, and can speak English and Bahasa
