Responsibilities :

• Providing Pre-Sales (technical / functional) support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
• Develop and deliver high quality standard presentations and demonstrations.
• Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product direction and overall company's Network / Security solutions.
• Design, validate, and present Network / Security solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.
• Respond prospective clients and clients to technical questions about the product or related infrastructure.
• Proactively engages in the sales cycle through answering RFI's, RFPs and RFQs
• Deploy and conduct product demonstrations, POCs to suspects and prospective customers, both standard and tailored.
• Maintain technical competence by keeping abreast of new products enhancements, product best practices and procedures.
• Able to talk with different audiences, appropriately adjust technical content to meet different audience knowledge and interest and can juggle meetings with multiple audience levels.
• Promote the solution, create, and deliver initial high level technical presentations to our customers at all levels within their organization.
