telesales executive

Job Purpose :

To promote and sell bancassurance products (insurance products via bank channels) to RHB customers through outbound telesales calls, ensuring achievement of individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing RHB Bank customers to promote general insurance products.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms to customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the bank and insurance partner.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and quality standards during calls and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and callbacks in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and market competition.
• Collaborate with the telesales team and supervisor to improve campaign effectiveness and strategies.
