Invoicing Clerk

Bidfood Malaysia is looking for a proactive and detail-orientedInvoicing Clerk to support both customer service and invoicing functions. This role involves handling order processing, preparing invoices, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Resolve customer issues or complaints with a solution-oriented approach, escalating as needed. Process customer orders, including generating Pick Lists, Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Credit Notes (CN). Support follow-up on backorders and assist in resolving delivery or invoicing issues. Ensure timely and accurate data entry in SAP and maintain proper documentation. Submit billing and supporting documents on a daily or weekly basis. Maintain a well-organized filing system for all billing and customer-related documents, ensuring easy retrieval when needed. Perform general administrative duties including mail handling, email replies, and document control. Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounts to follow up on order status, delivery, and billing matters. Qualifications

Candidates with at least SPM qualification are welcome to apply; a Diploma in any field will be an added advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in data and documentation. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Uphold high standards of punctuality, responsibility, and independence in daily tasks. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
