Penerangan pekerjaanOwn and lead the end-to-end execution of on-ground activations, sponsorships, and brand events — from strategic planning to post-event evaluation. Develop standout brand experiences that break through the clutter and spark engagement. Manage budgeting, costing, resourcing, and vendor negotiations with precision. Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, enterprise, digital, PR, and customer teams to ensure fully integrated rollouts. Identify, evaluate, and manage partnership opportunities that enhance brand relevance and reach. Be hands-on and on-ground — ensuring every activation reflects our brand values with excellence. Lead the end-to-end execution of on-ground activations, sponsorships, and brand events — from strategic planning to post-event evaluation. Develop and deliver differentiated brand experiences that connect with audiences. Budgeting, costing, resourcing, and vendor negotiations with precision. Cross-functional collaboration to ensure integrated rollouts. Evaluate and manage partnership opportunities. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in events, activations, or partnerships — ideally in fast-moving or challenger-brand environments. Experience building bold, high-impact experiences with strong planning (budgets, timelines, manpower, approvals). Detail-oriented and operationally sharp, with ability to think strategically. Resourceful, independent, and excels at making things happen. Collaborative mindset — able to rally teams, agencies, and stakeholders around a shared vision. Passion or curiosity for content, pop culture, or storytelling is a plus.
