Senior Clinical Specialist

Senior Clinical Specialist is responsible for mastering the knowledge of a product and sharing his knowledge to internal & external customers. S / he is responsible for ensuring that the buyer of a product can function the product appropriately & able to maximize all the features of the product as needed. S / he becomes coordinator of small team for certain area or product category and develops them, especially new members to be ready going to the field.

1. Training

• Collaborate with Product Management to create training materials for both internal and external customers
• Provide training to the Clinical Management, Sales, Service, or back-office team on regular basis or as needed
• Provide training on the use of products to external customers (nurses, doctors, & other medical personnel)
