Your Role in Our Mission
As the Director – Commercial (Head of Commercial) at FNmarkets, you will define and lead the organization’s commercial vision across all global markets. You will unify Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships into one high‑performing ecosystem that drives measurable revenue growth, market expansion, and brand trust.
This role is central to shaping FNmarkets’ position as a competitive global brokerage ensuring every acquisition, retention, and partnership initiative contributes directly to sustainable profitability. You will blend strategy, leadership, and execution to deliver on our commercial ambitions while embedding a culture of data‑driven accountability, cross‑departmental collaboration, and continuous performance excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Commercial Vision & Market Leadership
Define and lead FNmarkets’ overall commercial vision, growth roadmap, and market positioning across all regions.
Translate business objectives into integrated commercial strategies and quarterly execution plans.
Align marketing, sales, and partnership initiatives to ensure unified and measurable growth outcomes.
Build and optimize multi‑channel acquisition and retention funnels to drive FTDs, conversions, and lifetime value.
Integrate Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Partnership teams into a cohesive revenue engine.
Monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI to maintain growth with profitability discipline.
Identify emerging market opportunities, product‑marketing initiatives, and partnership expansions to accelerate global reach.
Brand & Positioning Leadership
Strengthen FNmarkets’ brand identity and voice across digital, regional, and industry ecosystems.
Develop creative and communication frameworks that reinforce trust and recognition in global markets.
Leverage performance marketing, digital campaigns, and data analytics to enhance engagement and acquisition outcomes.
Partnerships, Affiliates & Institutional Growth
Scale IB, affiliate, influencer, and institutional partnerships that directly impact revenue generation.
Oversee the development of CPA / rebate models, loyalty programs, and partnership strategies that sustain long‑term relationships.
Expand market presence by developing commercial relationships with key external partners and strategic institutions.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and align the commercial leadership team across regions toward unified performance goals.
Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and measurable accountability.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Business to convert strategy into tangible commercial outcomes.
