Account And Admin Executive / Assistant

We are seeking a detail oriented Construction Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations specific to construction projects helping us track job costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial accuracy. As our business continues to expand, we’re inviting passionate and driven individuals to join our experienced team at our Head Office in Bandar Puteri, Puchong .

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate job cost accounting across multiple ongoing projects
• Prepare and analyze project budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly cost reports
• Review and process subcontractor invoices, purchase orders and etc
• Ensure proper general ledger entries and timely monthly closings
• Audit preparation, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
• Training will be provided
