Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at LONGI MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (SERENDAH) in Serendah, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and expertise across the organisation, ensuring the smooth and effective management of all HR-related functions.

What you\'ll be doing

• Administering and managing all HR full spectrum functions
• Serving as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters to help drive the company's growth and success
• Implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Conducting employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
• Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve HR-related issues and challenges
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources management
