Job Position : Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Working Hours : Shift Rotational Basis (8am - 9pm)
Location : Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Nearby Ara Damansara LRT)
Salary : Monthly salary minimum RM2800 with Allowances and Incentives
ϸ Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with TELCO is a plus.
Problem-Solving : Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
ï¸ Communication :
Excellent verbal (Mandarin & English)
and written communication skills.
Experience : Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
Fresh graduate is welcomedÂ
