Electrical Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of electrical works for data centre projects, including design review, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues effectively.
• Review and approve electrical system designs, drawings, equipment schedules, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Plan, monitor, and control project resources, costs, and schedules to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship, compliance with codes, and adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and integration of mission-critical electrical systems, including MV / LV systems, UPS, switchgear, and generators.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, system reliability, and optimization for high-availability operations.
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation for management and client review.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data centre electrical engineering.
