Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry Experienced project engineer is encouraged to take up the challenge. About the role
TME BUILDERS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects at our site in Genting Highlands, Pahang. As a fulltime employee, you will play a crucial role in managing the construction process and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing detailed construction plans and schedules
- Coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to stay on track
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Communicating regularly with clients, project stakeholders, and the management team
- Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation
