M&E Manager

Summary

We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager to lead the mechanical and electrical scope for a high-performance data center project. This role requires a deep understanding of MEP systems, strong leadership in managing contractors and commissioning teams, and fluency in Mandarin to coordinate effectively with regional stakeholders. Ideal candidates will bring a hands-on approach, excellent planning and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the M&E scope through all commissioning stage gates, sequences, and timelines.
• Oversee and coordinate contractors and commissioning teams on-site to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Review method statements and assess manpower, equipment, and plant requirements to validate contractor commitments.
• Track daily progress, plan site activities, and report status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations (e.g., DOSH, BOMBA); actively participate in EHS interventions when required.
• Familiarity with SWMS, JHA, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Apply strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and BMS systems.
