About the Program :

We are launching a Management Trainee Program to develop future leaders for our organization. This program is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Positions available are Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service and Sales Support & Marketing.

Duration : 1 year

Monthly Allowances : RM2,500

Career Path : Successful trainees may be absorbed into permanent roles upon program completion, subject to company approval and candidates' performance

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and development programs
• Assist in departmental tasks and initiatives
• Learn and apply business processes
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve operations
