Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve conflict and promote a culture of engagement, satisfaction, and harmony Change Management :

Support in navigating the organizational changes by managing communication of the organization's goals and aligning with new direction. HR Analytics and Reporting :

To analyse and measure human resource activities, workforce performance, and organizational outcomes. Compliance and Governance :

Ensure that the company policy and practices communicated with all the staff. To create a positive, lawful, and ethical workplace. Training & Development :

To enhance the staff skills, knowledge, and competency to foster individual career growth. Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Min 3 years of experience working in the related field NOTE :
